摘要
在管式炉上对煤粉气流着火方式与煤粉浓度的关系进行了研究。研究表明,当煤粉浓度由高向低变化时,煤粉气流的着火方式会由均相着火向多相着火过渡。不同的煤种发生过渡时的煤粉浓度一般是不一样的,挥发分含量越高,发生过渡的浓度越大,其机理是气流中煤粉颗粒之间的相互作用或浓度效应。
Experimental investigations into the relationship between the coal concentrations and the ignition hoes in coal clouds are performed in a drop tube furnace. It is shown that the ignition mode transits from homogeneous to heterogeneous as the cloud is varied from dense to dilute. The transtion concentrations of the higher volatile coal are higher. This phenomenon is attributed to the particle interaction of the concentration effect.
