摘要
为进一步提高非线性直流电路的分段线性化分析算法的计算效率,必须把器件模拟成分段线性化模型。本文采用的是以标准的参数优化法来构成这样的模型。算法适合于二端和三端非线性器件,也可以进一步推广,模拟(n+1)端和n端口器件(例如运算放大器和门电路等)。
For further improving efficiency of piecewise-linear analitical and calculation in nonlinear direct circuit, the devices must be modelled on pieceuise-linear model. The paper presented a method which the model was formed by standard parameter optimum. The algothm was suitable for the nonlinear devices with two terminals and three terminals and also could be extended further to imitating devices with (n+1) interminals and n interminals. such as operational amplifier and gating circuit etc.
