本文通过对已有的与应力集中有关的几个系数的分析，提出了真实应力集中系数的概念并应用模糊综合评判的理论，提出了真实应力集中系数确定的一套方法，该法对评价微弱塑性时的应力集中有很大意义．

On the basis of analysing several coefficients concerned with stress concentration, this paper puts forward a concept about real stress concentration, and a method of determinating real stress concentration by comprehensive determination.This has a great significunce on evalucting micro-plasticity.
