摘要
本文介绍电阻护模糊调功温度控制的工作原理和设计方法,MCS-51单片机系统的硬件、软件结构特点,键盘设定的控制参数(K1:偏差量化因子/K2:偏差变化率量化因子/K3:偏差二阶变化率量化因子/K4:转化因子)对系统性能影响,并给出实际运行阶跃响应曲线和抗负载扰动曲线。
This paper presents the principle and design methed of Restor furnace temperature controlled by fuzzy adjusting power,the structure peculiarity of hardware and software ofMCS-51 single-chip microcomputer system and the influence of keyboprd setting control parameters (K1: error quantization factor/K2: quantization factor of error change rate/K3: quantization factor of second-order error change rate/K4: converted factor) on the system performance. This paper also gives step response curve and resistive load disturbance curve in practical operation.
