摘要
本文绘出了一种多电动机运行微机监测仪,它用于对连续生产中使用的电动机进行实时在线监测、运行状态分析和诊断。系统采用主从工作方式,从机以8098做CPU,完成常规监测和简单的状态分析,以及电动机的振动和噪声的监测,主机以386为主完成进一步的运行分析和诊断。应用本系统可大大提高电动机运行的可靠性和安全性,预防事故。该系统稍做调整可应用到其它类似的场合。
In this paper, a multi-microcomputer instrument is given which consists of a host microcomputer and two slave microcomputers commanded by the host microcomputer. The instrument performs the tasks of real-time monitoring, spectrum analysis and fault diagnosis on line for running motors. In the paper, the applications of the multi-microcomputer instrument to monitoring the running motors are discussed in detail.
