人乳腺癌雌激素受体状态与胸腺嘧啶核苷标记指数的关系

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ESTROGEN REPCEPTOR STATUS AND THYMIDINE LABELING INDEX IN HUMAN BREAST CARCINOMAS

本文应用17荧光雌酮亲和细胞化学法测定49例人乳腺癌ER,并同时做TLI测定。结果:ER阳性为28例,ER阴性21例;ER阳性组TLI几何均数1.0％,ER阴性组3.2％(P<0.05);TLI≤3％组,ER阳性率80％。TLI>3％组为21％(P<0.005)。上述结果提示乳腺癌RE状态与TLI密切相关。文中对两者关系的意义进行了讨论。

In 49 cases of human breat carcinoma the strpgen receptor (ER) level were determined by 17 -fluoresceinated estrone affinity cytochemical method and thymidine labeling index (TLI) by anutoradiography. Among the 49 cases, 28 cases were ER positive , 21 negative . Geometric mean of TLI in ER positive tumors was 1.0%, in ER negative 3.2% (P<0.005). In the groups with TLI<<<<<< 3 %, ER positive rate was 80%, with TLI > 3 %, ER positive rate 21 %(P<0.005 ) It suggested that there was close relationship between ER status and TLI in breast carcinoma. The significance was discussed.
