摘要
本文介绍用PZT压电元件和PMN电致伸缩元件制作的无力矩马达电液伺服阀。用PMN制做的无力矩马达伺服阀可大大提高动态响应特性。
This article presents the servo-valve without torque motor made bypiezoelectric components PZT and PMN.Such kind of servo-valvc is able to enhance its dynamic responce.
