小鼠精子发生过程中的Ca￣（2＋）及Ca￣（2＋）－ATPase定位

Localization of Ca￣(2+) and Ca￣(2+)-ATPase during Mouse Spermatogenesis

利用电镜细胞化学方法，定位观察精子发生过程中的Ｃａ￣（２＋）及Ｃａ￣（２＋）－ＡＴＰａｓｅ变化，发现精原细胞的核内外均有弥散性的Ｃａ￣（２＋）分布，精母细胞，圆型精子细胞Ｃａ￣（２＋）主要分布在核膜，线粒体，胞质小囊，内质网，及细胞质膜上；变态期精子Ｃａ￣（２＋）则分布于精子顶体内膜与核膜之间。Ｃａ￣（２＋）－ＡＴＰａｓｅ在精子发生过程中则出现两次，一次是在精母细胞期，另一次是在变态期精子。

By using cytochemistry method to locate Ca￣(2+) and Ca￣(2+)-ATPase under electron microscopy during mousespermatogenesis,we found that Ca￣(2+)irregular distributed in whole of spermatogonium,and appeared on nuclearmembrane,mitochondria,plasma vesicle, endoplasmic reticulum,and plasma membrane;on elongate spermidCa￣(2+) only located in space between inner acrosomal membrane and nuclear membrane.On the other hand,Ca￣(2+)-ATPase appeared two times during mouse spermatogenesis,spermatocyte and elongate spermid.
