离子氮碳共渗层横截面显微组织研究 被引量:2

摘要 用透射电镜(TEM)观察离子氮碳共渗层横截面显微组织,结果表明:化合物层由柱状晶ε相及γ′相构成,且γ′相具有层错亚结构,并伴有晶格畸变。ε柱状晶中析出薄片状γ′相,柱状晶晶界上分布有岛状铁素体。扩散层与化合物层交界处为紊乱细晶γ′相。 The cross section microstructure of ion-nitrocarburizing layer has been studied by TEM.The results showthat the compound layer consists of columnar crystal εphase which precipitates thinγ′phases and columnar crys-talγ′phase with stacking fault,companying lattice distortion. Between the columnar there are island ferrites inline. The disorder fine crystal γ′phases are near to the compound layer.
