摘要
低加速电压高真实度的观察是扫描电镜的观察方法之一。本文选用了高、低加速电压的二种扫描电镜分别对喷镀和无喷镀的生物样品进行了观察和比较,并对高真实度的观察生物样品表面的微细结构方面进行了探讨。
s High fidelity observation of surface topography of biological sample without metal coat has been carriedout using a newly developed UHR LV SEM.In this article,a comparison of fidelities was done between metal coated specimens under high voltage(25kV)and non coated one under low voltage(3kV).
