摘要
本文用MPV—Ⅲ型显微分光光度计对小鼠脾组织动脉周围淋巴鞘内ANAE及脾索内ACP的相对活性进行了测定。结果表明,对照组的ANAE测量值显著高于半脾保留组和半脾移植组(P<0.05),但后两组差别不显著(P>0.05);对照组、半脾保留组和半脾移植组ACP测量值依次显著降低(P<0.05),表明该测量法能反映脾脏的免疫吞噬功能。
120 mice are divided into 3 groups: group Ⅰ(n = 25) shamoperated; gaoup Ⅱ (n = 40) hemisplenectomized; group Ⅲ (n = 55) hemisplenic autotransplanted. The contents of alpha-naphthol acetylate esterase (ANAE) in the periarterial lymphatic sheath of spleen and the acid phosphatase (ACP) in splenic cord are meassured with a microspectrophotometer of MPV-Ⅲ. It is found that the contents of ANAE per unit square in group Ⅰ (0.260±0.021) is significantly higher than that in group Ⅱ (0.2l8±0.0l6) and group Ⅲ(0.210±0.022) (P<0.05),but the difference between group Ⅱ and III is not significant (P>0.05), and the contents of ACP in group Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ are 0.462±0.013, 0.304±0.009, 0.180 ±0.014 respectively (P<0.05). This method may be used as one to measure the immunity and phagocytosis of spleen.
