摘要
移动花键轴是一种要求重量轻、承载能力大的航空零件。对花键轴的结构形状进行优化,每次优化迭代中的应力和变形通过有限元法计算,提出在满足强度和刚度条件下,轴的最轻质量的设计。
Translational spline shaft is an aircraft part which is required to have light weight and great load-carrying ability.The optimal design of the shaft is carried out,the stress and deformation of the shaft in every optimal iteration is calculated by means of a finit element method.and the lightest structrue of the spline shaft that meets the requirement of the given strength and stiffness is presented in the papor.
