摘要
随着科学技术的不断发展,固态器件的功率输出不断地提高,磁控管的小型化取得了很大的突破,这造就了磁控管锁频技术的新应用,并进一步对磁控管提出新的要求,推动磁控管的发展。因为磁控管的尺寸重量小,效率高,电源要求低,在某些整机应用上,设计者常常用锁频磁控管代替行波管与速调管作为窄频带发射相干整机的源,尤其在运载工具的整机应用里,锁频磁控管有着良好的前景。本文主要阐述锁频的基本原理,定量的设计关系式以及它的实际应用。同时,一些建议供有关单位参考。
With the rapid development of science technology,the output power of the solidstute devices is raised fast,the breaktbough of miniature magnetrons is reached, It leads the mag-netron to build the new applications. The phase lock magnetrons offer a lot of advantages in coher-ent transmitters. Especially in the application of the missiles,it opens up broad prospects.In the paper,the fundamental principle of injection locked magnetron is described. Design rela-tionship and practical applications are given. Some suggestions are listed for further consideration.
