大鼠胃肠道神经降压素的免疫细胞化学观察

摘要 以PAP和双PAP法对大鼠胃肠道进行免疫细胞化学观察,结果表明:NT免疫反应性产物主要分布于小肠上皮内分泌细胞和肌间神经丛内。NT免疫反应性内分泌细胞在小肠各段的分布密度以回肠最高,平均每个横切面为40.79±2.91个,空肠次之(19.79±3.20),十二指肠最低(6.14±1.68)。其形态各导,多数细胞基底部膨大,细胞顶部直达腔面。NT免疫反应性神经稀疏分布于肌间神经节丛、纵肌和环肌层。在肌间神经节处,NT免疫反应性神经纤维包绕非NT免疫反应性神经元成网篮状结构,偶见NT免疫反应性神经元。以上结果提示、胃肠道NT存在内在性起源,其对胃肠道功能的调控可能主要来自肠上皮的NT免疫反应性内分泌细胞。 By using PAP and double PAP immunohistochemical method,the gastrointestinal tract of rats is investigated. The results: the neurotensin-immunoreactive substance (NT-IS) mainly exists in the endocrine cells of intestinal epithelium and myenteric plexuses. Density of the NT-IS endocrine cells existing in the ileum is the highest(40.79±2.91/cross section), the jejunum the lower(19.79± 3.20/cs), and the duodenum the lowest (6.14±1.68/cs). The shape of the endocrine cells varies greatly. Most of the cells have broad basal cytoplasm. The top of the cell usually reaches the surface of the lumen. The NT-IS nerves scarcely distribute in the muscle layer,myenteric plexuses of the gastrointestinal tract.In the myenteric plexuses the NT-IS nerves surround the non-NT-IS neurons forming a basket-like. A few number of NT-IS neurons are ocasionally observed within the plexuses. This study provides the evidences that the NT of the gastrointestinal tract has the intrinsic origin. The NT which regulates the function of gastrointestinal tract mainly presents in the endocrine cells.
