摘要
用电子显微镜观察糖尿病鼠模型(由链脲佐菌素制备)的坐骨神经组织,结果发现有超微结构异常。主要特征有髓鞘板层分离和变形,电子密度不均匀,轴索肿胀或萎缩,并有空泡,神经纤维和神经膜细胞内的线粒体肿胀,粗面内质网扩张。这些异常结构随着病程的加长而增加,表明了糖尿病会引起周围神经发生超微结构病变。
The abnormal ultrastructures of the sciatic nervous tissue of streptozotocin diabetic rats were observed us-ing electron microscopy,The important features were as follows:The laminar dissociation and ununiform electron density were found.The axons were swollen or contractedwith vacuoles。The mitochondrions in nerve fibers and the neurilemmal cells swelled.The rough endoplasmicreticulum shOwed distension,The longer duration of disease,the more remarkable in abnormality of ultrastruc-ture。
