层状硅酸盐细粉厚度测试样品制备方法研究

An Improved Mehtod of Specimen Preparation for Measurement of the Thickness of Powder of Phyllosilicate Minerals

本文报道了一种快速测试层状硅酸盐细粉厚度的样品制备方法——浇铸光片法以及电子显微技术在层状硅酸盐细粉厚度测试中的应用。实验结果表明：浇铸光片制备方法简单易操作，样品中垂直光片面的层状矿物保持优势；测试时能在较小视域内获得充足的颗粒厚度数据。在测试厚度方面，浇铸光片法优于投影法及粉末粘结法。

This paper reports a method of specimen preparation for the quick measurement of the thickness of powderof phyllosilicate mineral-casting mounts,and its application in the test of the products. The test results showthat the method of improved casting mounts can rapidly and correctly provide many data of the thickness of min-erals in a smaller visual field.The method is simple and easy to operate. The improved method is better than theprojection method and the direct measurement of powder sample.
