摘要
本实验用经气管接种白色念珠菌的方法建立了小鼠肺念珠菌模型,并观察了正常鼠和经激素及抗肿瘤药物注射的鼠接种后各阶段的超微结构改变。结果表明多形核白细胞和巨噬细胞在抗念珠菌感染的防御反应中具有重要作用。巨噬细胞常表现出被激活的现象,并出现质膜下线状致密带。在给药组鼠肺内观察到Ⅰ型肺泡上皮伸出突起并捕捉、包裹白念菌的现象。本文就上述改变的意义进行了讨论。
The modeles of mouse pulmonary cadidiasis were established through intratracheal Candida inoculation.Transmission electron microscopic observations were carried out on the normal mice or the mice pretreated withhormone and antineoplastic at different stages follwing the inoculation. The results showed that polymorphonu-clear leukocytes and macrophages played important roles in the defending machanisms in anti-Candida infec-tions. Macrophages showed structural alterations of being activated in the latc stage,and subplasmalemmal lin-ear densities could be identified in a few macrophages. In the mice pretreated with druges,pseudopodia of typeI pneumocytes could be observed to capture and wrap the fungi.The mechanisms and implications of thesechanges arr discussed.
