摘要
本文利用统一的分析方法研究了各种pin-FET电感调谐光接收机的特性,并设计制作了调谐光接收机。结果显示,实验数据同理论分析相一致,该调谐光接收机3dB带宽达600MHz。可用于0.9~1.5GHz的微波副载波光通信系统。
By using the unified analytical method,the performances of various inductance tuned optical receivers with pin photodiode and FET are studied. The tuned optical receiver was designed and made. The calculated curves agree well with the tested results. The 3dB band width of the receiver is more than 600MHz. The receiver can be used in the microwave subcarrier multiplexed lightwave system between 0. 9 GHz and 1.5GHz.
