摘要
本文应用随机信号处理理论和变换技术,以文献[2]给出的结论为基础,导出了带限条件下,频率源频率闪烁噪声的N样本、二样本抽样方差及ALLAN方差的精确解(不包含任何近似条件的解).这个问题从文献[1]至文献[6]一直未解决。
In this paper,under limited-band condition,the precise solution of sampling-variance with N samples and ALLAN variance and Two samplies without any approximation condition are derived for the frequency flicker noise which has power law spectral density in frequency source,to be based on the results given in literature[2] ,by using stochastic signal processing theory and transformation technique. This problem has not been solved from literature[1] to [6].
