摘要
本文提出了一种低耗液体材料微波复介电常数测试技术,利用一腔多模的TEOmn高Q圆柱测试腔,可对低耗液体材料的ε′γ和tanδ进行准确地测量.测试ε′γ的不确定度为±0.5%,tanδ的不确定度为±5.8%,且在一定频带范围内考察了ε′γ和tanδ3随频率变化特性。该技术测试简便、迅速、自动化程度高,可适用于多种低耗液体材料的测试。
A technique is presented for the determination of complex permittivity of low-loss liquid materials at microwave frequencies. By using high Q factor TEO_mn multimeding circular cavity ,ε'_γ and tanδ of the low-loss liquid materials can be measured accurately. The uncertainty of ε'_γ is ±0. 5% ,and that of tanδ is ± 5. 8%. Frequency response of ε'_γ and tanδ is observed within a band. The technique is simple ,rapid and automated for measurement ,and it can be used for measurements of different low-loss liquid materials.
