摘要 通过热模拟试验研究了COREX竖炉气体利用率与还原条件的关系及工业竖炉可达到的气体利用率极限.研究了熔炼煤耗与还原参数的内在联系及达到最低能耗的优化条件.结果表明,竖炉气体利用率受热力学和动力学混合控制,最高值约为50%左右.全流程最低能耗与熔炼煤性质有关.使用发热值为29kJg-1的2号熔炼煤时,最低煤耗为624kg,净能耗为2.054×107J. The influences of reduction conditions on COREX shaft gas utilization were researched with thermal simulating tests. The achievable maximum utilization factor of reduction gas in industrial shaft and the relationship between coal requirement for smelting and the parameters of reduction were discussed,as well as the measures to be taken for the minimum energy consumption. The gas utilization of COREX shaft is proved to be controlled by kinetic conditions and balance of reactions with a maximum factor about 50%. The minimum total energy consumption relates to the properties of coal in smelting. By coal # 2 with a calorific capacity of 29 kJg-1,the minimum coal consumption is about 624 kg,where as the energy consumption is about 2. 054 ×107 J per ton pig iron.
