摘要
通过对石墨还原CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-FeO熔渣中FeO过程起泡指数的因次分析,得出影响渣的起泡指数∑的因素有熔渣密度ρ,粘度μ,表面张力σ及重力加速度g.起泡指数的经验表达式为:∑=164.6(μ4/ρ3σg5)1/8.该式可表征不同渣系的起泡指数.分析表明,影响熔渣起泡的因素主要有渣中气体的产生速度和熔渣本身的性质.
Based on the experimental results and calculated physical properties of the CaO-SiO2-Al2O2-FeO slag system,an empirical equation was obtained from dimensional analysis to predict the foaming index for the slag system as follows: ∑= 164. 6(μ4/ρ3σg5)1/8. where ∑,ρ,μ,σ are foaming index,density, viscosity and surface tension of the molten slag,respectively,g the gravity. It was found that two factors which affect slag foaming are the rate of the generated gas in the slag and the properties of the slag
