摘要
研制了发光像元素分别为１６×６４、１６×９６、１６×１９２点、像无中心间距从０．８ｍｍ到１．５ｍｍ的高密度ＬＥＤ点阵显示器、该显示器用于巡回检测仪中作显示屏面．巡回检测及显示控制由８０３１单片机担任，巡回检测被测１２８路报警对象的运行状态，并以文字方式显示于ＬＥＤ点阵显示器上。
A series of high-density flat-panel LED matrix displays (16×64, 16×96 or 16×192 elements) have been developed with pitches varying from 0.8mm to 1. 5mm.The display is used in the recycle alarm system, which, controlled by 8031 single-chip microcomputer, senses circularly the operation conditions of 128 channel of alarm objects, and the alarm signals are displayed in characters.
