摘要
介绍了运用ＭＩＣＲＯＭＡＸ－Ⅱ集散控制系统对电炉温度进行控制的硬件配置及组态方法．该系统采用ＰＩＤ回路调节法，其稳态误差为±１℃左右，调整时间比一般控制方法短；在设定温度值为８００℃时，超调量为６℃左右．系统抗于扰能力强，管理方便．
This paper introduces the hardware and configurationmethod of MICROMAX--Ⅱ distributed control system usedto control the temperature of electric stove.This system,with PID regulation, has a steady-state error about±1℃,and a shorter adjusting time than conventional controlmethod,and with set temperature at 800℃,the oversoot isabout 6 'C. This system has a high noise--immunity and iseasy to manage.
