结合作者的研制实践,阐述了所研制的无引线片状固体电解质钽电容器的先进性、科学性和标准化依据,并给出试验数据和图表,还概述了该系列产品的设计、工艺、材料等方面的研究成果及产品发展方向。
Advantages and coincidence with science and standard of chip Leadless tantalum capacitors with solid electrolyte are discribed according to manufacturing practice of the author. the correspondent test data and curve graphs are given and Obtained achievement in aspect of design, technology, used materials etc. of the product series and their development trends are surveyed.
