摘要
有机贵金属浆料是适用于薄膜电子元件和装饰材料的一种电子浆料。该浆料通常含有贵金属树脂酸盐、至少一种贱金属树脂酸盐、连接料和溶剂。这种有机贵金属浆料无毒、无害，贮存一年以上粘度无变化，不分层。适用于丝网、滚筒等机器印刷。
