Factors Effecting the Stability and Reproducibility of PTC Ceramics in Production

评论了组成、烧结等因素对ＰＴＣ陶瓷生产中稳定及重复性的影响。归纳了一些获得稳定及高电阻温度系数α材料的原则。通过生产实例说明应用这些原则可获得高α的ＰＴＣ材料（Ｔｃ≈２３０℃）。

The effect of composition and sintering of the stability and reproducibility of PTC ceramics in fabrication was reviewed and some principles to obtain high and stable a materials were summarized. Experimental results in manufacturing were listed and elucidated.Using these principles high a materials of Tc～230℃ were obtained.
