摘要
综述了提高95瓷(95%Al2O3瓷)性能及低温烧成的途径,并探讨了其作用机理。研究结果表明,晶粒细小、闭口气孔率低且结构均匀的致密瓷件。其抗酸性、抗热震性、耐磨性和电学性能均佳;可通过添加适量改性添加剂,来提高95瓷性能;95瓷的烧结温度可降至1400~1500℃。
The avenues to improve the properties of 95 wt % alumina ceramics and of its sinter at lower temperature are reviewed, their mechanisms are discussed. The results show that 95 wt % alumina ceramics that possesses fine crystalline grains, lower closed porosity, and dense. homogeneous structure have better properties that are acid, abrasion and thermal-shock resistance and electrical property. Putting in appropriate modifier improves properties of 95 wt % alumina ceramics. Its sintering temperature is reduced to 1400 ̄1500℃.
