两个3－PBIB设计

Two 3-PBIB Designs

将ＷｅｉＷａｎｄｉ的结果推广到辛几何和酉几何上，分别利用辛几何与酉几何中一因定的极大全迷向子空间中的１维子空间构作一个３－结合方案和３－ＰＢＩＢ设计，并计算了参数。

Let Fq and Fq2 be both finite fields,Take ,H=Hδ(δ=0.1),It has gotten the results as follow:(1)Taking the set of all 1-dimensinal subspaces in a fixed maximal totally isotropic subspace over Fq in the symplectic geometry as the set of treatments.It is constructed that a 3-association scheme and a 3-PBIB design with 2 associate classes.Their parameters are also computed.(2)Taking the set of all 1-dimensional subspaces in a fixed maximal totally isotropic subspace over Fq2 in the unitary gemetry as the set of treatments.It is constructed that a 3-association scheme and a 3-PBIB design with 2 associated classes.Their parameters are also computed.
