摘要
以底吹电弧炉熔池水模型测定了底吹5种布置方式下熔地均匀混合时间,指出内3孔布置是混合效果最佳布置方式,并得出其τ∞ε-n(n≈0.6)的结果.
Time required for uniform mixing in molten bath was measured for five types of bottom-blowing arrangements of electric arc furnace by the way of water modelling. The result indicated that the 3-nozzle arrangement inside the electrode circle is the best one that is available to get optimum mixing effect and that τ∞ε-n when n≈0. 6.
