Complying the standards of 4GL and CASE,such object-oriented programing ideas as encapsulation,inheritance, polymorphism and the reusable technique in software engeneering were utilized to design and implement an integrated environment and tool of MIS application programs. It provides the development of application programs with rapidity and high efficiency.
