摘要
研究了鞍钢试生产的SX55双相钢的点焊性能,探讨了点焊的最佳工艺.结果表明,SX55双相钢点焊的可焊性区间比低碳深冲钢宽一倍.点焊延性比高(0.65),说明SX55双相钢点焊接头具有良好的韧性和较低的缺口敏感性.
The cold-rolled dual-phase steel SX55,as pilot-run products from Anshan iron-Steel Complex,was investigated for its spot welding properties and the optimum process. The results showed that its weldable zone is about two times wider than that of low carbon deepdrawing steels with high ductility ratio(0.65) of spot welds. The fact reveals that steel SX55 is good at toughness of its spot--welds with low notchsensitivity.
