摘要
介绍了法国ＦＡＧ公司Ｍ２００测厚系统的构成，阐述了β射线测量头的工作原理，分析了测厚算法原理，最后找出影响测量精度的各种因素，同时提出为提高测量精度而应采取的措施．
Based on the construction of a M200 thickness gauge system supplied by FAG Company, theoperating principe of β-ray gauge outfit is described with its algorithms analysed in detail. Some possible influencing factors on the accuracy of measuement are discussed,as well as the measures to be taken to improvethe accuracy.
