摘要
根据动量定理和卷吸理论,建立了倾斜侧吹粉气流在熔池中的流轨迹的数学模型.结果表明,射流垂直穿透深度随弗劳德数或喷嘴向下倾角的增加而增大,但随密度比的增加而减少.
Based on the law of momentum and theory of entrainment,a mathematical model is established describing the jet trajectory of a particle-gas flow that is injected into bath on a slant. The results show thatthe vertical penetration depth increases with Froude Number or the tilting down angle of nozzle,but decreaseswith the increasing density ratio.
