摘要
建立了底吹钢包中气液两相流的数学模型.这一模型可用于计算不同气体流量下,气液两相区内各截面处的流股直径和卷吸液体体积流量.数值计算表明,流股直径和卷吸液体体积流量都随高度的增加而增大.
A mathematical model of gas-liquid flow in a bottom-blown gas-stirred ladle is developed tocalculate the diameter of flow plume and the volumetric flow rate of liquid entrainment at different gas flowrate. calculation results indicate that the diameter of flow plume and the volume of the liquid entrainmentboth increase with height.
