摘要
作者研制的锅炉汽包水位测量系统是计算机图象处理技术应用的新尝试。该系统利用图象处理中的边缘探测方法,对汽包水位界面进行识别。系统包括硬件配置和软件模块化程序设计。软件用C语言编写,并在IBM─━PC机上通过调试。文中讨论了系统实际应用问题,给出了解决方案。该系统具有测量结果显示直现等特点,带有判断报警、智能分析等功能。
As a new attempt to utilize the edge-detecting method of the Computer image processing technique in detecting water-level of boiler drums, the system includes hardware collocation and design of software modularity programs which are composed in C language and run well through debuging on IBM-PC. Problems encountered in prachcal applications are discussed and the ways tO solve them are suggested in the paper to prove that the system has features tO didpay the water -level directly and to give alarms through discriminating by artificial intelligence analysis as well.
