摘要
本文介绍了高聚物制品新型填料─活性硅灰石的研制思路，提出了用以判断活化处理效果的活化指数新概念．在进行ＰＶＣ管材制品填充实验的应用研究中，在原配方基础上添加１０份活性硅灰石填料，制成的ＰＶＣ管材性能良好，符合国家标准．降低了制品的含塑率，使成品成本下降５—７％。
the prepetion of a new type active wollastonite filler is described.A new concept of an activation index is put forward to determine the result of activation.A test has been made,when 10 parts of the activated wollastonite were added as filler to the PVC compound of original formula,it showed that the property of the compound could come up to the national standard and the cost of the compound was greatly lowered.
