Using Orthogonal Geometry over Finite Field with Characteristic≠2 to Construct PBIB Designs

本文取特征不为２的有限域上维正交几何中包含一条固定迷向线的２维双曲型非迷向子空间的全体作为处理的集合，构作ｑ个结合类的结合方案和ＰＢＩＢ设计，并计算了参数。

A set of all two-dimensional non-isotropic subspaces containing a fixed isotropic line P in (2v + δ) - dimensional (v ≥ 2, δ= 0, 1, 2 ) orthogonal geometry over finite field Fq with characteristic ≠2 taken as the set of treatments, thereby, associated scheme and PBIB designs are constructed with their parameters also being computed.
