用电流传送器实现的阻抗逆转器及其应用

Impedance Inverter Realized by Using Current Conveyors and its Applications

本文提出了利用电流传送器实现的阻抗逆转器，并给出了接地正电感器、接地负电感器、理想变压器、浮地正电感器和浮地负电感器综合方面的应用，为电子电路的ＶＬＳＩ电路的设计提供了电流模式ＣＣⅡ新型的基本电路模块。

The paper proposes the impedance inverter realized by using current conveyors and gives its applications on synthesis of grounded positive inductors, grounded negative inductors, ideal transformers, floating positive inductors and floating negative inductors. The novel building blocks of current-mode CC Ⅱ are suggested in designing electronic circuits and VLSI circuits.
