摘要 苯并蒽和9.10—二甲基蒽无论是激发或是发射光谱均有重叠。文中建立了苯并蒽和9.10—二甲基蒽的同时同步荧光分析法,苯并蒽和9.10—二甲基蒽的线性范围分别为0~2μg/ml和0~5μg/ml,检出下限分别为5ng/ml和8ng/ml。 The excitation and the emission spectra of benzoanthracene and 9.10-dimethylanthracene overlpa each other severely. A new method to determine two compounds simultaneouly is suggested which has been proved to be simple and rapid. The linear ranges for benzoanthracene and 9.10-dimethylanthracene are 0~2μg/ml and 0~5μg/ml repectively. The detection limits are 5ng/ml for benzoanthacene and 8ng/ml for 9.10-dimethylanthracene.
