摘要
为了探讨从松节油制取香料的新途径.文章研究了别罗勒烯水合的反应,讨论低温氯化后水解制取别罗勒烯醇和分子筛催化直接水合的产物组成与分布,以及催化剂类型对水合反应的影响。结果表明:到罗勒烯水合的产物主要是2,6—二甲基—4、6—辛二烯—2—醇(Ⅰ)与3,7—二甲基—4,6—辛二烯—3—醇(Ⅱ)。间接水合得到(Ⅰ)与(Ⅱ)的混合物,直接水合的产物则较单一,H—型丝光沸石催化的产物以(Ⅰ)为主、ZSM—5催化产物以(Ⅱ)为主。
The hydrate reaction of alloociemene was conducted for developing a new wad of extracting flavour from ables oil. Producing alloociemenols by chlorinate and hydrolyze in low temperature.the composition and distribution of direct hydration products of Zeolon catalysis and the effect of catalyzer type on hydrate reaction were discussed.The results showed that products of hydrated alloociemene are mainly 2.6-dimethy1-4,6-octadien-2-of(Ⅰ)and 3.7 -dimethyl-4, 6-octadien-3-ol(Ⅱ).Mixtures for(Ⅰ)and (Ⅱ) are obtained by indirect hydrate. The products by H-mordenite catalysis are mainly (Ⅰ).the products by ZSM-5 catalysis are principally(Ⅱ).
