摘要
通过牵引计算证实,我国北方林区的运材企业,为进口的重型汽车(LT—110、LT—112H等)配备20t级运材挂车.组成原条汽车列车运材是可行的。在此基础上,东北林业大学森工系与内蒙古吉文林业局合作研制出GCY20型运村挂车、并在吉文局完成了生产试验。在试验期间共完成运村周转量68903m3.km、平均趟载量达32m3。同时进行了制动试验、运行轨速测试和列车通过最小曲线路段时内偏值的测试等。试验证明、该挂车与重型汽车匹配合理,适于运村生产,安全可靠、提高了重型汽车列车原条运材的生产率。
The results of investigations.including field survey and mathematical calclations of hauling models.showed that it is feasible to design the 20t type truck trailers matched with heavy trucks(LT-110.LT-1 12H),whch are used for timber transport in the forest regions.Therefore a new type of truck trailers named GCY20 was designed and tested under the cooperations between Forest Engineering Department,Northeast Forestry University and Jiwen Forestry Bureau in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.The total amount of timber traffic (in the quantity of turnover)during the test period in Jiwen is about 68 903 m3.km.while the average load for each hauling-turn of truck-train can be reached up to 32 m3.Several kinds of tests for truck-train.such as braking test.Running track tests.and the tests for measuring the deviation track toward the centre while running at the curved pieces of road with the smallest radius.were also carried out.The results of tests showed that the trailer GCY20 can match the heavy trucks(LT-110 and LT-1 12H)rationally for the long distance timber transport in the north part of China.
