白桦嫩枝扦插繁殖技术的研究(Ⅱ) 被引量:11

摘要 在白桦(BetulaPlatyphylla)嫩枝扦插及移栽试验[1]的基础上.对其他影响生根及移栽成活率的各因素进行了研究,其结果:插条种类、扦插基质、无性系及生根促进剂均对生根率有显著影响、选用扦插成活苗上实生插条的生根率效果和抗腐烂效果最好;扦插苗的成活率受移栽时间、主根数量、扦插苗有无新叶长出等因素的影响。 Other factors which affect root formation and survival of rooted cutting werestudied in this paper on the basis of green wood cutting and rooted cuttingtransplanting experiments[1]. The results show that the rooting percentage issignificantly influenced by the kinds of cuttings. cutting media. clones and rootformation promoters. Green wood cuttings divorced from the branches of survivalcuttings have the highest rooting percentage and strongest resistance to rotting.Survival rates of rooted cuttings is affected by transplanting time. the number ofmain roots and cuttings with new leaves or not.
