摘要
调查和镜检验证了落叶松褐锈病菌被重寄生菌寄生的前、中、后期的病理过程,并进行了病理解剖和摄像。锈寄生菌纯培养株系对枯草杆菌和玉米小斑病菌均有拮抗作用,该菌培养液在PDA+大豆煮汁的液体培养基、28℃、暗光下、120r/min的电动摇床上.培养5d(或7d)该寄生菌的发酵液性能最佳。以原发酵液浓缩至5倍的培养液为样品,不接菌的空白培养液为对照、进行高效液相色谱法测定,结果呈现3个吸收峰。该菌发酵液对锈病菌的冬、夏孢子有明显的抑制作用。
By investigation and observation with microscope. the pathological course ofTriphragmiopsis laricinum with a parasitic Sphaerellopsis filum in the first, middle,last periods was tested and verified, the pathological dissection and photographwas taken too. Pure culture plants of Sphaerelopsis filum have antagonistic actionon Bacillus subtilis. The culture liquid of this germ was under these circumstance: liquid culture medium of PDA + soybean juice. 28℃, dim light, electricswaying bed with the speed of 120 r/min. After cultured for 5 d or 7d, thisferment liquid acts best. The five times condensed liquid acts as culture sample.Pure culture liquid that wasn't inocultated against germ acts as a contrast,determination is carried out through highly effective liquid phase chromatographyat last. three absorbing peaks emerge. The ferment liquid of this germ hasapparent inhibited effects on winter and summer spore of this rust germs.
