摘要
以硫氰酸钾做显色剂,水做载流,研究了工业硫化碱中铁含量的流动注射分析方法,并依据该产品的部颁标准分析方法的原理及对固体硫化碱样品进行标准条件的前处理,得到合格的标准待测样品溶液。而后,再结合流动注射分析方法的原理及特点,对某一甲种一级品的工业硫化钠待测样品溶液进行6次重复测定,标准误差为0.001%,变异系数为2.2%。在较理想的条件下,着重研究了显色剂含量对吸光度的影响,待测样品溶液的注射时间、取值时间与吸光度及其记录图形的关系。此方法与常规分析的标准方法相比较.操作简单,准确度与精密度均达到或超过标准分析方法的要求,而且分析速度快、节省试剂,适宜批量分析。
This paper studied the fluid injection analysis (FIA) approach to Fe contentin industrial Na2S. In this approach. KCNS is used as the colorant, water used as the now rate of carrier, and preliminary treatment is conducted to the solidNa2S samples under normal conditions according to the principle of theDepartment-published Standard.Analysis Approach of the product and by thisway the qualified standard sample solution to be tested is obtained. Combined with the principle and characteristics of the FIA approach, six repeatedmeasurements are then given to a certain first-class sample solution of the industrial Na2S with 0. 001% of standard deviation and 2. 2% of variation coefficient. Under ideal conditions the effect of the colorant content on the absorbance,the injecting time of the sample solution to be tested, the relationship btweenselecting time and absorbance, and their recording graph were studied. Comparedwith the standard approaches of routine analysis. this approach has following advantages: it is very easy to operate; both its accuracy and precision achieve or surpass the requirement of the standard analysis approach, it is very quick andcan save reagent and can be determined in short time for a lot of samples.
