旋切轨迹与单板厚度均匀性的理论研究

摘要 应用数学理论证明了装刀高度h无论为何值,单板旋切机的旋切轨迹都属于渐开线。阐述了装刀高度对单板厚度均匀性的影响。在旋切过程中、单板厚度随木段半径R值的减少而增加,而且|h|越大,单极厚度不均匀程度越严重、并推导出单板厚度差的计算方程式。为合理设计和使用旋切机提供了理论依据。 By mathematical theory this paper demonstrate that the locus of rotary-cutting are all involutes no matter how high the knife is. The effect of knife height h on the evenness of veneer thickness is discussed. In the couse of rotary-cutting veneer thickness increases with the decrement of log radius R, and thebigger h is. the worse the evenness of veneer thickness. Equation calculating thedifference of veneer thickness is deduced, which provides theoretical evidence fordesigning and using lathe correctly.
