摘要
1987~1990年对卢氏油松种子园组成无性系作了球果分析,各以22、15、31、30个无性系为材料,估算了各球果性状的重复力、球果性状间的表型相关和遗传相关,进行了无性系球果性状选择指数的研究。结果表明,各球果性状均有很高的重复力、受强度遗传控制,球果性状间遗传相关系数和表型相关系数变化趋势基本一致,选择的可靠性大。球果单性状年度间秩次相关系数和遗传相关系数小,而选择指数年度间的秩次相关系数平均则达到0.97,变异系数为1.96%,说明各无性系年度间球果综合性状相对稳定。最后用该选择指数对参试无性系作逐一评审,31#、30#、29#、28#、27#等无性系为球果综合性状最优无性系.1#、2#、3#等无性系的球果综合性状较次。
Clonal cone analysis was carried on in a Pinus tabulaeformis Cars. seedorchard located in Lushi County from 1987 to 1990, the repeatabilities of eachcone trait, phenotypical and genetic correlation between cone characters wereestimated, and clonal cone trait selection indexes were developed. Results showthat repeatabilities of cone traits are high, cone traits are greatly dominatedgenetically, phenotypical correlation coefficients among cone traits is analogous togenetic correlation coefficients. Rank and genetic correlation coefficients of coneindividual trait between years are not high' significantly. while rank correlationcoefficients of selection index between years is 0. 97 averagely, variation coefficient is 1. 96% Clones were valued according to selection indexes one by one,31#. 30#. 29#. 28#. 27'clones are proved superior. and l#. 2#. 3# et al clonesare inferior relatively.
