摘要
对油棕果壳制造不定形颗粒活性炭的各种工艺方法进行了探讨。试验表明:采用氯化锌活化法和物理活化法均可获得合格的活性炭产品;但采用氯化锌为活化剂可制得碘值为981mg/g、强度为83.2%的活性炭。产品得率为36%~40%。
This article approached the various technological process of manufacturing the adventitious-shape granular activated carbon from the fruit shell of Elaeis guineensis.The experiment showed that the qualified finished products of activated carbon could be obtained from the fruit shell of E. guineensis by adopting the zinc chloride activation process or the physical activation process;and by taking zinc chloride as activator, the activated carbon indine value was 981.4mg/g and intensity was 83.2% could be manufactured and the product yield was 36%~40%.
