香猪血脂的动态研究

A DYNAMIC STUDY ON BLOOD LIPID LEVEL IN THE XIANG PIGIETS

用化学测定法对１３头（♂ｎ＝８头、♀ｎ＝５头）春产香猪１～６月龄的甘油三酯、胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白含量进行了测定与分析。结果表明，不同月龄血脂含量不同，即１月龄甘油三酯、胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白含量最高，３月龄胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白最低，４，５，６月龄血脂含量稳定于一个水平上。同一月龄内血脂含量公母猪差异不显著（Ｐ＞０．０５），不同月龄间Ｆ检验结果血脂含量差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０５）。

Thirteen xiang piglets born in spring were used to measure the contents of triglyceride, cholestrerol and HDL in the serum from 1 to 6 months of age. The results mowed that defference in blood lipid contents existed among the piglets of different age s i. e. TG, CHOL and HDL levels were the highest in the piglets of one month age; CHOL and HDL were the lowest in these of 3 month age, and remained constant from 4 to 6 month s of age There was no significant difference in the blood Lipid level between the male and famale piqlats of the same age.
