中国地方猪种遗传特性保存决策支持系统

DECLSION SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR CONSERVING GENETC FEATURES OF AUTOCTHONOUS PIGS IN CHINA

对畜禽遗传资源保存决策过程作简要分析后，提出了系统保种的数学模型，主要包括畜禽品种保护等级划分模型和畜禽品种遗传特性分配保存模型，并以此为核心建立了中国地方猪种遗传特性保存决策支持系统（ＣＦ—ＤＳＳ），描述了构成ＣＦ—ＤＳＳ的数据库管理子系统、模型库管理子系统和人机交互子系统的特点及研制方法．决策支持系统在畜禽遗传资源保护管理的应用研究中，ＣＦ—ＤＳＳ尚属首例，它的使用将对我国地方猪种遗传特性保存决策科学化起到积极的推动作用．

The theory of conservation of genetic resources was reviewed briefly and mathematical models were proposed for systimatizing conservation of genetic features.The models are concerned with grading breeds of farm animals and appointing genetic features to breeds for being protected optimally.With the models, a decision support system for conservation of genetic features of autochthonous pigs of China (CF-DSS) was disinged. The procedures of building CF-DSS were discussed in detail with data subsystem, model subsystem and interface subsystem.CF-DSS is the first example of the application of decisison support system in management of the conservation of animal genetic resources, It will make the decision of the conser vation of genetic features of local pigs in China more reasonable and scientific.
